Exclusive Use of Anding Acres We only host one wedding or event at a time. Anding Acres offers exclusive use of our facilities, including the barn reception space, public restrooms, kitchen, bridal suite, groom’s quarters, outdoor ceremony sites and dance floor
Property Access Arrival to venue at 9am, this allows time for centerpiece placement on tables and decorating.
Amplified music ends at 10pm on Saturday, facility closes at 11pm.
Amplified music ends at 8pm on Sundays, facility closes at 8:30pm.
This allows an hour for clean up and removal of personal items from the facility.
Day of Event Anding Acres’s staff will set up tables, chairs, and linens the day of the event.
Rehearsals Schedule your rehearsal at your convenience any day available prior to event, 1 hour limit. Extra time may purchased at $100/hour, no alcohol is permitted during rehearsal unless security is present. We are not set up to have rehearsal dinners at this facility.
Vendors You have the freedom to choose your own vendors.
Rain Plan Move your ceremony to the reception barn,. This decision is solely yours and will be determined the day of the event.
Safety Damaged table linens resulting from candle wax, ink, or other stains will result in a charge of $35 per linen. Smoking is prohibited in the reception barn, bridal suite, groom’s quarters or restrooms, cigarette burns to table cloths will result in a charge equal to the full cost to replace.
Music and Dancing Amplified music must end by 10:00pm on Saturday, 8pm on Sundays
Dispensing of Alcohol Anding Acres does not serve any alcohol, however as the event host you may hire an approved bartending service and/or licensed bartender. Guests may bring their own alcohol (BYOB) with the presence of a security guard provided by Henderson County Sheriff"s Department , hired by the wedding party. Alcohol can only be available when security guard is present. All event hosts and bartenders must indemnify Anding Acres from liability and responsibility associated with providing alcohol.
Smoking Policy Anding Acres is a non-smoking facility. No smoking is allowed in the reception barn, bridal suite, groom’s quarters or restrooms. Outdoor smoking areas will be designated to accommodate smokers. Damages to linens and furnishings resulting from cigarette or cigar burns will be deducted from your damage deposit equal to the full cost of the damaged items. No cigarette butts left on the ground. It is the responsibility of the event coordinator to remove all butts left behind from guests
Save the Date and Payment Policy $500.00 with a signed contract is required to reserve your date at Anding Acres. The "Save the date money" is nonrefundable for any reason. Balance of package to be paid 30 days prior to event.
A damage deposit of $250.00 is required 2 weeks prior to wedding.
Cancelation Policy You may cancel the event no less than 180 days prior to event, your $500 to reserve the date is non refundable. If cancelled after 180 days prior to event, you will be responsible for entire package price and payment must be made at cancellation.
30 day Bridal consultation:
30 Days prior to event, we will meet to review color schemes, tour decorating room for table settings, review RSVPs for seating, arrange for ceremony site, review time of arrival, and secure security if alcohol will be part of the event.
